This privacy policy relates to Caroline Flynn Lactation, Infant Feeding and Early Parenting Support Service (‘Caroline Flynn Lactation’)
Caroline Flynn Lactation is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines the ongoing obligations to you in respect of how your Personal Information is managed.

What is Personal Information and why is it collected?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information collected includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, health information.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept for a minimum of 7 years.
Use of third-party elements
Basin is a third-party tool that handles Person Information requests such as requesting a consultations, storing and managing your personal data provided through the Caroline Flynn Lactation’s website. Policy with Basin permits your personal information be held for a maximum of fourteen (14) days, as chosen and managed by Caroline Flynn Lactation for quality of services. If at anytime you wish for your data to be removed before the fourteen (14) day retention period, please contact Caroline Flynn Lactation.

Access to your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information held about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact Caroline Flynn Lactation in writing.
In order to protect your Personal Information, identification may be required from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important that your Personal Information is up to date. Reasonable steps will be taken to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise Caroline Flynn Lactation as soon as practicable so records can be updated and ensure quality services will continue to be provided to you.
