“To Every Mother… You are everything your baby needs”.

Since becoming an IBCLC in 1992, I have specialised in professional lactation, infant feeding and adult education roles in maternity hospitals, residential parenting centres and community child and family health services and have operated my private lactation practice in the Sutherland Shire since 1997.

I am captivated by all things Lactation and Infant Feeding, but as an IBCLC, midwife and mother, I know the very best care starts with supporting a Mother; physically, socially and emotionally, in the knowledge that she will make the best decisions for herself and her infant.

I have a specific clinical interest in the assessment and feeding support of families where infants may have “Upper Lip, Tongue or Buccal Restrictions”, that could be negatively impacting your infant's oral function and effective feeding. 

I am also very committed to the education and protection of “Infant Feeding In Emergencies”. My passion for this topic has inspired me to produce a podcast,  “Keep Calm & Breastfeed”.
